Rain storms on the weekend are prefect time to go out and enjoy Mother Nature. Rain is not a common occurrence down here in Southern California. Cairo and Jonah are always looking for a chance to put on their rainboots and get out their umbrellas. So, this fine, rainy morning, we went out for a walk in search of worms and big puddles. At the end of our trek, their pants were soaked, their boots were full of water, and they were splattered in mud.... nothing a change of clothes and some hot chocolate couldn't cure.

Oh, and in case you're wondering why Jonah is wearing a helmet. No, it isn't to keep him safe in case he slips. He rode his bike down to the bike trail.
