Cairo has spent about a quarter of her life up at our house in Humboldt County. It seems to be just enough time to wear off on her fashion sense. More and more Cairo is taking control of what she wears for the day. This week, she decided on a colorful dress, with a blue and white polka-dot skirt, tan pants, and lots of colorful necklaces.
